List of documents, required for execution:
- Documents, evidencing title for apartment (agreements, their duplicates, certificates, court judgements etc). In case when state registration of title is conducted without issuance of document, evidencing this right, the title shall be confirmed on basis of information extract from the Unified State Register of Rights to Immovable Property, which the notary obtains right before certifying the agreement.
- Technical data sheet for apartment.
- Certificate Form No.3 (of authorised body concerning residence registration), of family composition (persons, registered in the alienated apartment).
- Report on evaluation of apartment, conducted by the estimator.
- Letter of consent of the other of spouse (husband/wife) of the agreement party for alienation of property, if it was purchased within the registered marriage and for purchase of property, signature authenticity on which is notary certified. To certify signature authenticity of the other of spouse in the letter of consent, the notary requires the following: Passport (or substituting documents) of husband/wife; copy of the certificate (card) of tax identification number of husband/wife; marriage certificate.
- In case of the title absence in the Unified State Register of Rights to Immovable Property – certificate, evidencing the title.
- In case of deeds for alienation of apartment, title or right of use of which belongs to minors or obtaining title for property in the name of persons under maturity: permit from the guardianship authorities in the form of extract from the decision of the relevant body; copy of the certificate (card) of tax identification number of a child; birth certificate of a child.
- In case of sale of apartment share – declaration of abandonment of the other co-owner from the first option on purchase, signature authenticity on which is notary certified.
- In case of gift deed to the persons of the 1-st, 2-nd degrees of kinship (husband/wife, parents, children, brother, sister, grand-mother, grand-father, grand-children) documents, evidencing the family relationship (birth certificate, marriage certificate and etc.).

- Report on evaluation of the property, conducted by the estimator / Extract from the technical documentation about the regulatory and monetary value of the land area (mandatory in case of gift deed).
- Extract from the State Land Cadastre about the land area.
- Extract from the Unified State Register of Rights to Immovable Property (issued by the notary or state registration body).
- Letter of consent of the other of spouse (husband/wife) of the agreement party for alienation of property, if it was purchased within the registered marriage and for purchase of property, signature authenticity on which is notary certified. - In case of gift deed to the persons of the 1-st, 2-nd degrees of kinship (husband/wife, parents, children, brother, sister, grand-mother, grand-father, grand-children) documents, evidencing the family relationship (birth certificate, marriage certificate and etc.).
