To certify power of attorney concerning the property, the notary shall be provided with property title deed (if available); when certifying power of attorney for disposal and (or) use of vehicle – Vehicle Registration Certificate (national car license);
The notary shall be provided with the original of the main power of attorney. The right to issue delegable power of attorney shall be stated in the main power of attorney. The delegable power of attorney shall be issued intra vires and within the validity period of the main power of attorney;
